Get Featured is earned media: we pitch journalists at named outlets and it depends on editorial judgment. Wire Distribution is guaranteed paid syndication: your release publishes on a fixed schedule regardless of editorial pickup.
Is placement ever guaranteed for earned media?
No. For Get Featured (earned media), placement is never guaranteed, because no agency controls a journalist’s editorial decision. Only Wire Distribution is guaranteed, because it is paid syndication rather than editorial coverage.
How long does each product take?
Wire Distribution runs on a fixed, scheduled timeline you agree to upfront. Get Featured (earned media) depends on journalist response time and can take longer, since it depends on real editorial interest rather than a fixed publish date.

Can I use both products together?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Wire Distribution is typically a single, project-based engagement tied to one release. Get Featured can be project-based or an ongoing retainer, but we don’t require multi-year commitments just to get started — that’s part of how PR agencies should work, in our view.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Alongside our India-focused wires like PTI, ANI, IANS, and UNI, we offer global distribution options and pitch to international outlets, so clients based outside India can use both products just as easily.
What is a realistic media placement timeline?
For earned media, expect an initial round of journalist responses within one to a few weeks of pitching starting, with placements landing on the outlet’s own schedule after that — outlets set their own editorial calendars, and we don’t control them. Wire Distribution publishes on the fixed date you agree to upfront.
Do you offer a refund if a story isn’t picked up?
Because earned media placement is never guaranteed, fees for that work cover the pitching effort itself — research, outreach, follow-up — not a promised outcome. Wire Distribution fees cover a guaranteed, scheduled publication, so that outcome is delivered as agreed or the fee is addressed directly with you.
